Michał Jaskólski, Ph.D., Eng.
In a nutshell...
I am a psychologist, a Ph.D. in chemistry, and a certified coach with many years of experience working with people. I run the website Interpersonalnie.pl, where I offer psychological support, psychoeducation, and assistance with personal development. I help my clients cope with challenges and build mental resilience.
In my therapeutic work, I draw inspiration from psychology and various therapeutic approaches, with a particular focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and solution-focused therapy (SFT). During my studies, I specialized in clinical psychology and business psychology. I also have experience in the business and corporate environment, where I support the development of employees and leaders and help build effective teams.
The whole story...
For many years, I have been working with people, helping them improve their skills and achieve their desired goals, both individual and group-based. I gained my first experience working with schoolchildren and college students.
On June 28, 2006, I earned a Master of Engineering degree with high honors in chemical informatics and molecular modeling, having successfully defended my master’s thesis titled: “Computer Simulation of Electron Transport and Thermalization Processes in Liquid Argon.”
On November 29, 2011, I earned my Ph.D. in chemistry by defending my dissertation titled “Computer Simulations of Electron-Ion Recombination Processes in Radiation Traces in Liquid Argon.”
Since 2010, I have been working with companies in the IT industry, where I am responsible for building and managing sales and marketing teams. My work in this area includes developing sales strategies, optimizing processes, and building relationships with clients.
In 2016, I earned a certificate as an interpersonal skills trainer from the START Psychological Knowledge Society, and a year later, in 2017, I earned a second-level interpersonal skills trainer certificate. Each level of certification required completion of a 120-hour training program.
Since June 2017, I have been running the psychological service Interpersonalnie.pl, through which I offer psychological support, advice on personal development, and consultations on interpersonal communication and relationship-building.
From 2020 to 2021, I volunteered at the “Telefon Pogadania” helpline, where I helped recruit volunteers and provided supportive conversations to seniors.
On July 16, 2022, I earned a master’s degree in psychology, completing two specializations: business and career counseling psychology, and health and clinical psychology (my primary specialization). I graduated with honors for “Outstanding Academic Achievement, ” awarded by the Rector of the Social Academy of Sciences. My master’s thesis was titled: “Perceived Stress and Resilience as Determinants of Posttraumatic Growth Associated with Hospitalization Due to COVID-19.”
Since 2024, I have been seeing patients as part of my collaboration with the Psychiatric and Psychological Clinic in Łódź. There, I offer psychological support, focusing on helping people who are struggling with emotional difficulties such as stress, anxiety, or low mood. I work with patients on an individual basis, helping them understand their needs, develop coping skills for difficult situations, and build mental resilience. I also support people going through life crises, helping them find the strength to overcome their problems and improve their quality of life.
I also offer one-on-one consultations on personal development.
